Got some new videos... rip them apart... I've been making some VAST improvements, but there's always room for more!

no link in your 2nd post....

you're under a good bit on that first one, so it makes it hard to finish the take-off and set yourself up for a good swing. That's why your swing is 'blah'.

Posture, posture, posture. Never seen a vaulter with bad posture ON the runway who didn't have bad posture OFF the runway. It will get better IF you work on it.

No one runs the same toward the box as they do away from it. You should read some of the posts from dj about mid marks.

Hips are consistently low on the runway. This is what causes you to be under. Stand up straight and tall all the time. It will feel strange at first, but in the end it is going to be the determining factor in your vaulting success. You will either do it or not improve.

i will definately make it a point to run taller... and on the balls of my feet instead of heel-to-toe... thats the distance runner in me.
