Hey guys this is my first post on the board, but I'm a long time reader.
Hopefully you guys can shed some light on my technique and tendency's
Currently I am a sophomore at South Plains Junior college and have jumped for 6 years
my PR is 16 ft
height: 5'8''
wt: 170

this is the first meet after a long winter break and I hadn't been on a runway in about 2 months. Its at Texas tech indoor facility the heights are 13'7 and 14'1 on a 14ft 175 pacer from 12 steps.
This being early in the season im on a fairly short run for me and a much shorter pole, but i will move up as the season progress's,,, sorry for the poor quality hopefully the music makes up for it!
thanks for all the help!
