The biggest thing I noticed in this jump is that you were inside. Before you were even off the ground, your ahead of your top hand and the pole is already getting pretty loaded. It looked like that hurt your jump more than anything.
Nice jump though! Starting to look like your dad in these videos now

Bigger poles, bigger run, it's totally normal to get a little amped and feel yourself too comfortable being inside.
Now that you are on those 15'6" poles, try to relax on your way down the runway more, and focus on quick, purposeful movements in your drop/plant. Make sure your final 6 steps are controlled, accelerated, but quick especially with your hands on the last 3 steps. Your feet will speed up if your hands are fast. Then as long as your mid is on, your step should line up perfectly.
So keep drilling the cadence of your run into your head. Easy out the back, finish strong and controlled at the box. The more you jump it'll probably work itself out, and very soon you could go up a pole/raise your grip. The way you moved through the pit so quickly despite an under take off, I'd suggest 2-3 more inches of grip before you go up a pole.
