This is a clip from my meet I had yesterday... The first vault is a clearance at 11'0" and the second is at 12'0". I'm gripping at 12'2" on a 13' 145 pacerFX. I'm having trouble dropping my shoulders (thus killing my inversion) and can't get a good pop off the pole.

any tips?

1.) damn u got some clearance over 12' there's no way ur pr is only 12'3
2.) ur right you do need to drop your shoulders
4.) practice at westborough but not now its pouring
