It's French, it appears to be some kind of pole vault music video, there are poles and pole vaulters and jumping up and down and farm animals... :eek:

My curiosity got the best of me so I imposed on a French friend, asking her to watch/listen and tell the "sense" of this video. Following is her reply...
I have to tell that it is really hard to understand what is being said, with this musical rythm. I think the general idea is that : "we live in an isolated cow-land area, but it can still be a playground for us to thrive"...something like that...but it is really badly pronounced!

So there you have it. All is explained. America doesn't hold a lock on weird, hard to understand, amateur videos.
