Blocking Good or BAD?

Any advice on how to stop blocking during indoor season, when actual jumping is not possible?

Work on your sprint mechanics, pole drop and takeoff mechanics, and posture. Blocking is much more a function of having poor posture and a weak takeoff than whether your bottom arm is straight or not.
